What Is Waxing?

Tweezing involves using a pair of tweezers to pull out individual hairs. This method is very time-consuming and can be quite painful. Depilatory creams are chemicals that dissolve the hair. You can also buy a waxing kit that includes everything you need.
Orders & Shipping
What if I was sent the wrong item or something is missing from my order?
Please contact info@bellaverde.us with your order number and our Client Experience team will remedy this for you and make sure you receive the correct items.
What if an item arrived broken or damaged?
Please email info@bellaverde.us and include a photo of the item and a description of the damage. All damages need to be reported within 2 weeks of delivery receipt. Please keep our environment in mind, and respect that we only send out replacements if a product is damaged to the point that it is unusable.
Can I cancel or change my order/shipping address?
An order cannot be canceled after it has been placed and you have confirmation. We are not able to make any exceptions.
Additionally, we are not able to edit or modify orders in any way after they have been placed, including the shipping address. If you made a mistake in your order, please email info@bellaverde.us when you receive it and we will work out a return or other solution.
What shipping company do you use for shipping
Orders are shipped via DHL, FedEx or USPS depending on the quickest delivery method for your address. Once your order has shipped, you will get a confirmation email with tracking. Please note tracking can take up to 24 hours to show movement. If you received a DHL tracking number, on the DHL tracking page, be on the lookout for the link to the USPS tracking number in which your package will be delivered.
Returns & Exchanges
What's your online return policy?
Purchases made online can be returned within 30 days of receipt, back to the original method of payment. For all online returns, please email info@bellaverde.us with your order number and the item(s) which you are looking to return. Our customer service team will send you a form to include in your shipment. The refund will be processed back to the original form of payment, and we are not able to make any exceptions. Return shipping costs back to our warehouse in Indiana are the responsibility of the customer.
How do I start a return for an online purchase/order?
To initiate a return purchased online, please send an email to info@bellaverde.us p. Shipping charges incurred for returning any items will be the responsibility of the customer.
Can I get my shipping cost refunded?
While we will give you a full refund for your product, unused or gently used, we are unable to refund shipping costs.
Can I exchange items purchased online?
Returns on exchanges will be given in the form of an E-Gift Card. This card can be used on any purchase in the future and does not expire. Not redeemable for cash.
When can I expect my refund?
We process returns as quickly as possible but can take up to two weeks from receipt delivery for your return to be completed You will receive an email notification letting you know your refund has been processed.
